About Talia Espresso

Talia Espresso began in 2005 with Jim and Kathy Kozak. With a passion and vision for
excellent coffee, they researched the best roasters and chose Counter Culture Coffee
based in Durham, North Carolina, which specializes in areas of shade grown
Fair Trade certified coffee beans.

Jim and Kathy have diverse ethnic backgrounds and this allows for a creative
and delicious menu. Talia serves the freshest baked croissants, breads, salads, desserts
and more with old family secret recipes. The excellance has shown through the large
customer base as well as receiving The Business of the Year 2006 award from the
Downtown North Wilkesboro Historical Society.

Jim and Kathy acknowledge that the greatest part of
their success comes from their continual support and prayers of their family and friends.
